The site and the GradiumOS instances are in private preview — built to public-launch quality, but not a live commercial service and carrying no service-level commitment.
The entity
Veranox Systems Private Limited is in the process of incorporation in Chennai, India. References describe the entity being formed; no claim is made that incorporation is complete.
Demo & live instances
Demo instances are seeded and server-enforced read-only. Live instances are empty and sign-up gated. The sample holder shown across the site is fictional; the cryptography is real.
No warranties
Provided “as is”, without warranty of availability or fitness — beyond what is cryptographically verifiable through the public check. Outbound links are for evaluation.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Chennai — to be superseded by full commercial terms when Veranox Systems begins commercial service.
