When a paid plan opens, OrbitOne will be sold as a rolling monthly subscription at the price published on this site at the time. It renews on the same date each month until you cancel. There is no minimum term, no annual commitment and no cancellation fee.

• ·To cancel, email us at uday@veranox.in and we will stop the renewal. No reason required. A one-click cancel inside Settings arrives with billing — until then this is the route, and it is the only one we will name.
• ·Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• ·Your data is not deleted when you cancel. You can erase it yourself at any time, from Settings.

• ·Within 7 days of your first payment: full refund, for any reason, no questions asked.
• ·A renewal you did not intend: full refund of that renewal, if you tell us within 7 days of the charge.
• ·A charge that is duplicated, or taken after you cancelled: refunded in full, always, whenever you spot it.
• ·An outage or defect that stopped you using what you paid for: we refund the affected period without being asked, where we can identify it.

Outside those cases we will not usually refund a month already used. If you think your situation deserves one anyway, write to us and say so — a person reads it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. We initiate within 3 working days of agreeing the refund. Banks and card networks then take their own time — typically 5 to 10 working days — and that part is outside our control.

• ·Charge a cancellation fee, or make you call someone to cancel.
• ·Keep billing you after you cancel. If that ever happens, it is our error and the refund is automatic.
• ·Refuse a refund because you used the product — the 7-day window applies either way.
• ·Tie a refund to giving up your data, or to a review.

Email uday@veranox.in from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 3 working days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, Uday Vamsidhar Volety is the grievance officer named in our Privacy Policy, and escalation details are there.
